Mr. Stewart E. Erickson is the inventor of the Company’s intellectual property and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chair. Erickson has authored all of the Company’s patents. Prior to AG Gas, Erickson served as the President and Chairman of SEEC, a technology company founded in 1989, where he developed the intellectual property and business. Erickson served as President and Chairman until 1999.

Mr. Greg Erickson is a founder of Factor 10, LLC, a Minnesota-based start-up company that develops high performance buildings. He served as General Counsel, and was a third generation owner, of Erickson’s Diversified Corporation, a large regional supermarket and pharmacy chain based in Hudson, WI, and is a co-founder of the Kinnikinnic River Land Trust, a successful conservancy organization in River Falls, WI. He received joint bachelor degrees magna cum laude in Financing and Marketing from Utah State University and a Masters of Science in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis and JD in Law at the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Mr. William A. Urseth is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Upland Global Corporation. Upland Global is a diversified holding company with core services providing sales and marketing guidance to a variety of companies and industries. Mr. Urseth founded U.S. Communications in 1975 and served as its chairman for 15 years. During that time, U.S. Communications became the fifth largest promotional marketing firm in the United States.
